FAQs
Before your inflatable is delivered, please make sure that the area is cleared and free of any hazards. We will need a level spot to set up the bounce house or obstacle course, preferably on grass. If you are setting up indoors, please ensure that there is adequate space and ceiling height to accommodate your rental. We also need access to an electrical outlet, ideally within 50 feet from the inflatable; a standard household outlet will work. Please let our team know ahead of time if there are any access restrictions or special requirements.
For the bounce house, we need access to a standard 110V dedicated outlet within 50 feet. For the 105′ obstacle course, we will require two (2) standard 110V outlets, both dedicated and within 75 feet of setup. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be needing an extension cord for either rental item. Or, if a generator will be needed.
Yes, we do have generators available for rent. Please let us know if you would like to add one to your order and we will provide a quote.
Yes, we can provide staff with any order. Our trained and experienced staff will ensure that your event is safe, enjoyable and hassle-free! Please let us know in advance if you would like to add staffing to your order so that we can send the appropriate number of team members.
Yes, we do offer overnight rentals. Please contact us for more information and a quote.
No, we do not offer pick up rentals at this time. We only provide delivery and setup services for our inflatables. The inflatable structure can be very heavy and must be handled exclusively by trained professionals.
It depends on the location of your event. Please let us know where you are hosting your party and we will do our best to help determine if a permit is required.
